What a load of crap, the guy has more musical ability in his little finger than I do my whole body, not that I have a lot. Would you make me a cup of tea, to open my eyes in the right way? And I know you love shrek, ’cause we’ve watched it twelve times. Sepp Blatter

“There is no racism [on the field], but maybe there is a word or gesture that is not correct,” I dunno, I’ve been reading and watching people go through Sepp Blatter because of his ‘racist’ remarks. First of all id like to state I’m in no way a massive Sepp Blatter fan! However I do kind of like him, not as FIFA president, as an old man. He’s hardly the most hateful man in the world, possibly in the wrong position, career wise but he’s probably right in what he says. Is there racism in football? Possibly a little bit, but no more than any other work place, this doesn’t mean I agree with it. Racism shouldn’t be part of are lives, neither should rape or theft or bullying but it does because there is always going to be ‘evil’, some people more than others. 3D cinema

Tonight I went to the movies, again. I watched the new movie IMMORTALS (that’s how I would assume it would be read, bold) anyway, good show, much as I expected, kind of like 300, not a illustrated or graphic novelised but gladiatoresque. I did like how they portrayed the gods, ie Zeus and his crew. To get the review over and get onto my main point….6.9 out of 10. Okay, so halfway through the movie, I took off my glasses to see a message (yes I know, very annoying) anyway, I watched a bitta 3d action with no glasses, the result being that it was utter drunkenness. Unsurprisingly I guess, in fact I would use the word obviously. It looked as if you were drunk watching a fight outside a nightclub, everyone vaguely buff and a beautiful girl, blurry yet stunning. Only if it was real life drunkenness then she would look stunning and yet proberably be a heffer. Moral of the story don’t get drunk and watch movies, just go watch 3d without the glasses. Ps, why is the virgin oracle ALWAYS a hottie?! G

X Factor

I’m sorry first of to those loyal fans of the show that they call “x Factor” if “x” stands for terrible, then maybe, just maybe I would watch it. Today when I was checking my email, I was notified that Frankie is out… Disaster, half of my Facebook is talking about being devastated and the other half is saying how happy they are. Me I don’t care, the few moments I have been forced to watch snippets of the show, or seen that dreadful John Lewis advert I can report back that they are all terrible. I can also predict the future, someone will win, but they will go nowhere because its all a big sham. If I look at the bands, and people that are successful in the industry, I see literally no resemblance to the muppets being broadcast all over TV, ruining the songs people actually worked hard to create. Now to be fair the American one is a good bit better, and there is possibly talent to be found, but X Factor needs to seriously be shut down. It’s embarrassing how much we need these shows in our “lives”. G

Red Hot Chilli Peppers

Last night I ventured to the “otherside” that’s better know as Dublin! The expedition that was a concert at the O2 arena held by the chillis. Was it good? Obviously, I love the music, I love their style, hair and Anthony’s moustache. Without sounding to much like a groupie they performed a great set list and got Dublin jumping. Chad on the drums was tearing through drumsticks like dirty boxers, josh ye new guitarist didn’t look a bit outa place (apart form an obvious age gap!), flea couldn’t help but steal some of the show and kiedis vocals were rediculoussss considering he had a sinus problem! “Can’t stop” for me stole the show and anyone who’s lucky enough to be watching them at the ulster hall I’m envious! G

Evil

Before I sit down and write a new CV I thought I would try and put across “Evil”. Not by describing or in fact by saying how bad it is or by saying we should do without it. I think what I’m trying to blog is how consistent it is. Now I haven’t just done something evil or had something happen to me, but I did watch a movie that spoke a lot about it. At least I think it was directed at the idea that evil is necessary, Buddha once said “There has to be evil so that good can prove its purity above it.” I genuinely believe this, without bad, what is good? without death, what is life? without freewill, what is will? I’m no philosopher or dictator, but evil interest’s me, or at least the necessity of evil. The movie I watched was “Lord of War” it talks about how guns need to be shipped by runners to supply anybody with any such will to fight. Guarantee?

Before I got a shower today, I looked at my watch and thought is this guaranteed? Then I thought about what it means to guarantee? Provide a formal assurance or promise, that certain conditions shall be fulfilled relating to a product, service, or transaction. Or maybe one of these words, warrant – vouch – ensure – assure – insure – secure. I dunno but then I thought big companies and small guarantee products work, at least for a year anyway….! I don’t think they should say guarantee, I’d be more likely to state “this product will probably last a year, unless your stupid and drop in down the toilet (or similar retarded thing)”, because truth is I’ve had many products that don’t last a year so technically they shouldn’t have guaranteed it, and yes they will replace it, but my point is the word guarantee should never been used, I would also accept “guaranteed this product might last a year”
